A few practical questions.
Do pupils, parents, or clients need an account?
No. You create the manager account and share a private link. They can view their schedule and add a calendar subscription without signing up. Their email address is optional, too.
Can I use this with clients instead of pupils?
Yes. A “pupil” is the person whose sessions you manage. That could be a student, an athlete, a client, or a child whose parent follows the schedule.
Can someone change my schedule without asking?
The calendar subscription is read-only. A link on each session lets someone request cancellation or rescheduling; you review the request and decide what changes.
How quickly do calendar changes appear?
The shared schedule page shows your latest saved changes. Apple, Google, and other calendar providers refresh subscriptions on their own schedules, so updates in those apps can take time.
